Sara and I had a few friends over for a BBQ. I tried out my fifth release candidate of “Will’s awesome brown-sugar dry rub”.
Sugar and olive oil and fire = flames. Usually a few flames are okay, but things really started to heat up.
We had to airlift the meat to safety.

Amber was a little laid up after her motorcycle ‘incident’. Note her left knee.
